Please plan to arrive at 8:45am to set up and be ready for when the kids join us, starting at 9:15. VBS will begin at 9:30!
We will start each morning with a 'welcome meeting' for all volunteers in the Sanctuary, which should take about 10 minutes and then we'll be ready to serve the kids for the day.
Snack time will be for all volunteers and children but we will be asking the kids and volunteers to bring their own lunch to enjoy during 'recess' (just like at school).
At the end of the day, the kids will be picked up at 2:15 and then we'll have a 'wrap-up meeting' for all volunteers. You'll be able to leave by 2:45 at the latest.
